Certain serial numbers of the SimplyGo Mini standard battery kit (Product code: 1116816) contain a defective chip that can cause the battery to fail to charge or lose voltage during use. If this occurs while the device is running on battery, the SimplyGo Mini could shut down and stop delivering oxygen. The recall covers 56 units distributed in the US (GA, ID, KY, NJ, NY) and Canada.
