Breakfast Burrito Recall: MCI Foods Egg & Cheese

The FDA is recalling two ready-to-eat products from MCI Foods due to Listeria monocytogenes found in a cooked egg ingredient. The affected items are Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burrito (3.75 oz, 72 per case) and RTE Egg and Cheese Breakfast Wrap (2.50 oz, 72 per case). About 330 cases were distributed to seven distributors nationwide and the products were not for retail sale but intended for institutional use.
